Actor Vivekh’s Views on Jallikattu and the Protest!

Jallikattu, a sport which took the attention of everyone globally recently. Jallikattu is a traditional sport which has been conducted in the state of Tamil Nadu, India on festival season. There has been a Ban on it by PETA because it involves bull fighting. Being a Traditional sport, the ban has affected many farmers as well as citizens. The student of Tamil Nadu have been disappointed because of this issue and have started the protest all over the state especially in Chennai Marina beach with millions of supporters, and the rest is history.

Popular Tamil Actor Vivekh who has been known much for his acting in Southern India have shared his views on the protest as well as the state’s youngsters to The Common Diary viewers. Vivekh is also known for his social activities where he is much involved in spreading the voice of our Honorable Abdul Kalam sir and he have also been inspiring many youngsters across the nation with his comedy yet inspiring dialogues.

“It is an extreme happiness because the Jallikattu Ban has been removed. Almost for the past week, there has been an amazing silent protest which happened in the state. The protest have not only made Tamil Nadu, and Indian citizen to get noticed but also all over the world. Many are saying this is a world record because every youngsters, students, and the citizens came to participate on the protest without being invited. Whether it is Raining nor heat, whether they are hungry or not, they spent their one week in the protest without any misbehavior.” told a very happy Vivekh.

He have also added “The words of Sir Vivekananda have came true where he indicated that send me 100 youngsters and i will change the country and only for this Abdul Kalam sir have also wished for.” He also pointed out that “Abdul Kalam sir have told that youngsters can bring a huge change in the nation if they join hands and certainly the youngsters have made the word to come true”.

“People should not alone take this voice for bulls alone but it is for agriculture, for farmers, rivers as well as for lakes. The protest should also voice for corruptions and for all the good for the nation. Am sure the day is not too far to achieve such by the youngsters. Sir Abdul Kalam have given me a duty to plant 1 crore trees across the nation and so far we have planted 28.73 lakhs of trees for past 6 years and now i got a huge believe that i can always count on youngsters”.

It can be a huge pleasure to people to call themselves people of Tamil Nadu because these millions of supporters have proved themselves on how much change they can bring in to the country. They also showed the world what their rights are as well as what they will do if something happens which the citizen wont agree for. This protest also brought the attention of everyone on the struggles of farmers. It is everyone duty to do the good for their country. The power of youngsters and citizens will always be remembered as a history. Here we thank Vivekh for such an amazing speech.
