Vanilla Mango Ice Cream Cake

 

Total Time: 2.5 Hours

Working Time: 45 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 25 Wafers
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Melted Butter
  • 4 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 4 Cups of Mango Ice Cream
  • 2 Cups of desired Fruits for Topping

Method:

  • Crush the Wafers finely and place them onto a large bowl. Then add Sugar, and melted butter and mix well. Now transfer them onto a tray and Heat the oven in 350 degree and cook for 6 minutes and then cool them.
  • Spread the Vanilla Ice cream on top of the crust and freeze them for 1 hour.
  • Now Spread the Mango Ice Cream in layers and Freeze them for 1 hour.
  • Finally, cut the fruits you desire and use them as topping and enjoy the delicious Mango and Vanilla Ice Cream.
