Ingredients:
- 25 Wafers
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 Melted Butter
- 4 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 Cups of Mango Ice Cream
- 2 Cups of desired Fruits for Topping
Method:
- Crush the Wafers finely and place them onto a large bowl. Then add Sugar, and melted butter and mix well. Now transfer them onto a tray and Heat the oven in 350 degree and cook for 6 minutes and then cool them.
- Spread the Vanilla Ice cream on top of the crust and freeze them for 1 hour.
- Now Spread the Mango Ice Cream in layers and Freeze them for 1 hour.
- Finally, cut the fruits you desire and use them as topping and enjoy the delicious Mango and Vanilla Ice Cream.
