Hello everyone,
This is a super tasty and healthy recipe which can make your day. Fish fried Rice – A Must try one!
Ingredients:
- Rice – 3 Cups
- Marinated Fish (Turmeric, Salt, Chilli Powder) – 500g
- Eggs – 2
- Onion – 3 Medium
- Garlic – 10 Cloves
- Carrot – 1
- Cabbage – 2 Cups
- Oil – 1 Cup
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Corn Flour – 2 Tsp
- Fennel Seeds – 1 Tbsp
- Salt – as needed
- Hot Sauce – 2 Tsp
- Soy Sauce – 3 Tbsp
Method:
- Boil Water, add Salt and rice. Cook them 3/4 and keep warm.
- Add corn flour in the fish, mix them and fry them in oil. Keep Aside.
- Add Oil, Fennel Seeds, and Saute.
- Add Onion, green chillies, garlic, add salt and Saute.
- Add carrot, cabbage and fry them.
- Add pepper, hot sauce, soy sauce and saute them well. Keep Aside.
- In separate pan, make Scrambled eggs.
- In a larger pan, add butter.
- Add the vegetable mix, eggs, fish, and rice. Mix them all well.
- Sever warm.
