Fish Fried Rice

Hello everyone,

This is a super tasty and healthy recipe which can make your day. Fish fried Rice – A Must try one!

Ingredients:

  • Rice – 3 Cups
  • Marinated Fish (Turmeric, Salt, Chilli Powder) – 500g
  • Eggs – 2
  • Onion – 3 Medium
  • Garlic – 10 Cloves
  • Carrot – 1
  • Cabbage – 2 Cups
  • Oil – 1 Cup
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Corn Flour – 2 Tsp
  • Fennel Seeds – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt – as needed
  • Hot Sauce – 2 Tsp
  • Soy Sauce – 3 Tbsp

Method:

  • Boil Water, add Salt and rice. Cook them 3/4 and keep warm.
  • Add corn flour in the fish, mix them and fry them in oil. Keep Aside.
  • Add Oil, Fennel Seeds, and Saute.
  • Add Onion, green chillies, garlic, add salt and Saute.
  • Add carrot, cabbage and fry them.
  • Add pepper, hot sauce, soy sauce and saute them well. Keep Aside.
  • In separate pan, make Scrambled eggs.
  • In a larger pan, add butter.
  • Add the vegetable mix, eggs, fish, and rice. Mix them all well.
  • Sever warm.
