Hello everyone, Today’s recipe is Chicken and Shrimp Fried Rice.
Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 2KG
Shrimp- 500G
Boneless Chicken- 500G
Onion- 500G
Green Onion-10
Carrot-4
Green Pepper- 2
Lemon-2
Egg- 7
Pepper- To taste
Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies, Soy Sauce.
Method:
- Heat pan, add oil, and fry Shrimp. In shrimp, marinate with chilli powder, turmeric, and salt.
- Then, fry boneless chicken, chicken is marinated with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
- Then fry onion till golden brown, and add eggs, mix it with salt and pepper and fry.
- In separate pan, add butter, and once it melts, add Green pepper and fry. Then add carrots, and then the green onion.
- Now, add all ingredients together. Add Shrimp, then Boneless Chicken, and eggs in to the mixture.
- Now add the 80% cooked basmati rice, and mix well. Add Soy Sauce and Coriander leaves, and mix well.
- Turn the stove off, and organize the lemon slices. Cover for 10 minutes. Now the chicken and shrimp fried rice is ready.
- Sauce to serve along with fried rice: Add Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce, Green Chillies, Pepper and Salt.
