Emotions plays an important role in our daily life. Sometimes when we are happy, we finish a huge task as quick as possible and sometimes when our mood is not well, then even going for a walk seems like a toughest task. Our emotions basically control everything about us. Emotions also affect the relationship with others. Its because of your emotions sometimes you look sad when you supposed to smile. The emotions control you and sometimes it makes you look unbalanced with your life. Everyone faces such struggles in their life, but what matters is how we control things and inspire ourselves.
We are adults and sometimes we have to act like adults, but there is a child in each one of us who needs the care, love, and affection like every child needs. When you are depressed in your life, remember there is a person who will always take care of you. Speak to such person and they can make you feel good. Everything is a part of human nature. Remember emotions can be mild, or serious or in between, where it depends on a person. Sometimes our emotions are positive and we feel happy, loving, excited, interested and grateful. When we are feeling positive, then we feel like we can achieve anything and everything.
All the emotions helps us to find ourselves. Sometimes we may be feeling jealous, sad, angry and depressed. In those tough times, we need to take control of our emotions. We need to know what is right and wrong. We need to make sure we are not doing bad to anyone and at the same you should not be hurting or making yourself sad. Remember, all the problems we face in our life helps us to improve ourselves. Its better to avoid the negative thoughts and focus on what is positive. We all face such situations and in such situations, it is important to divert your mind to things which you will love doing. Focus on what is good for you, and to those around you. Work towards your passion. Give sometime to heal. Every question you have will get answers soon.
When there is a negative thought, you can make it positive and speak to someone close about it. You can also do things which you like. Spend sometime on how to make things right. Everyone faces struggle but what matters is that how you react to your struggles. Praying makes things perfect. Just like everything we face in our everyday life, emotions are just like that. We need to find a way to heal and when you work towards it then you will heal. Notice your feelings, and make it positive. When you work towards what satisfy you then you will be satisfied with your life and be happy.

When really no one is there to help us with what we are going through what can we do?own family is making me feel lonely,the thing is I am facing the problem of being lonely depressed ,scared ,inferiority,being bullied from my college days.I once bursted out telling out my problems to my family. They were all gud to me,but as time goes people changed,this is like a loop,i become happy I’ll be fine and later I’ll again become sad. So later i don’t wanna make them worry about me, l never tell my feelings out. Then i got a best frnd with whom i shared each & everything of how i felt,i would cry telling how im feeling. Then now even she takes advantage of me being like this,I’m getting to be played.what can i do?
